Very reasonable prices for good quality items. I've ordered multiple times with no issues - the one time my order arrived with missing items, they were extremely quick to send out replacements (sent out the day I contacted them, and received the next day!!) and the customer service was so friendly and apologetic! I will order from them again in the future with no hesitation!!

Excellent customer service
I ordered 4 hi-ball embossed tumblers. Unfortunately, 1 was chipped and seriously cracked.
After emailing the company with the issue they immediately sent a replacements out to me.
The glasses are exactly what we were looking for, as they can be used for hot or cold drinks, and they are a really nice design.
