The present General Terms and Conditions apply to all purchase contracts concluded via this sitebetween usand you in your capacity as a consumer.
2.1 This website is owned and operated by or on behalf of us. However, we accept no obligations to the quality and accuracy of its content.
2.2 Your use of the site is subject to these Conditions and by using the Site, you warrant that:

3. Contract Conclusion
3.1 Upon concluding the order process by making a successful payment, you bindingly declare your offer to purchase the products selected by you (order); we will then confirm receipt of the order payment by e-mail using the e-mail address provided by you. The receipt confirmation is not a binding acceptance of the order; it can however be linked with an explicit acceptance declaration.
3.2Thereafter, we are entitled to accept or decline the contract offer included in the order; Which, will be only accepted by means of dispatching the ordered goods. The purchase contract is only concluded by means of this acceptance.
3.3 Shortly after the acceptance of the order, you will receive a confirmation email to notify you that your order has been dispatched. Please contact us immediately if you do not receive this email within 48 hours of receiving the first email.
3.4We sell while supplies last only. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to insufficient stock.
3.5 We reserve the right to cancel orders that cannot be delivered due to a location that is not covered by our services. Please see our delivery information page, to see a full list of locations that we are currently able to accept orders from.
3.6 In the case of mistyped prices, we reserve the right to cancel an order and we will issue you with a full refund. Alternatively, we may advise you of any price differences to be paid to us in order to not cancel your order.
3.7 We reserve the right to change, modify or remove any parts of the site, including these Conditions, without prior notice to you.
3.8 All material published on this Site remains to be part of our intellectual property and we have the right by law to protect it. This includes photo’s, pictures, logos, content and other material such as trademarks.
4.1 You have the right under your consumer rights to cancel your contract with us by contacting us within 14 working days.
4.2 Any cancellations should be made in writing either by email or post. This does not affect your consumer rights.
5.1 The images of the Products on our site are for illustrative purposes only. Although we have made every effort to display the colours accurately, your ordered products may vary slightly from those images.
5.2 The product dimensions and weights mentioned on the site are only approximate and we make no representations as to the accuracy of such content.
5.3 The packaging of the Products may vary from that shown on images on our site.
5.4 We try to get Product descriptions, pricing and specifications right, but specifications may change, and we reserve the right to withdraw or substitute items if necessary. Products are subject to availability.
6.Prices, Costs and Payment Terms
6.1 The price given on this site at time the order is placed is binding.
6.2We try to provide accurate prices but we reserve the right to change the prices even after an order is placed. We will contact you and you have the right to cancel your order and we will refund your payment.
6.3The websites’ main currency is Pound Sterling. Prices shown in other currencies can vary depending on the exchange rate.
6.4All prices shown are inclusive of VAT.
6.5 VAT is not charged on international orders
6.6 A price offered within the context of special offers is exclusively limited to the special campaign. Special campaigns are always indicated as such.
6.7 Shipping charges apply to deliveries. These charges are displayed to you prior to concluding the order process.
6.8 Payment of goods is fundamentally possible by means of credit cards, debit cards or PayPal.
6.9 We currently accept payments made in Pound Sterling, US Dollar or Euros.
7.1 Please see our delivery page for a full list of charges and locations that we are currently able to accept orders from.
7.2 The billing and delivery address must be in the same country to enable us to process your order.
7.3 If you are an international customer, we will not be liable for any import duty or tax on our products. It is your responsibility to check with your local customs authority and ensure that you are aware of such charges. Our services are restricted to charging you for the product and the delivery, therefore, this excludes other additional fees.
7.4 Each delivery is made either by our own team or by a third-party delivery company. The method of delivery will be decided at our discretion.
7.5 We will inform you of the expected delivery date through your registered email address. This is an estimate and could be subject to change due to circumstances beyond our control (such as severe weather conditions).
7.6 It is your responsibility to ensure that there is an adult present to accept and sign for the delivery. Please do not sign for any deliveries that seem to be damaged or opened.
7.7 If you are not present to accept the delivery, depending on your instructions and at our own discretion, we may try to leave your order in a safe place (i.e. with a neighbour). Alternatively, we will try to contact you in order to arrange a more suitable delivery day with you.
7.8 In the unlikely event that we are unable to reach you, we will attempt to redeliver your order the next working day.
7.9 Following two failed deliveries, your order will be returned to our warehouse and you will be liable to pay a return delivery fee. The return delivery fee is calculated based on your original delivery address. Our decision will be final.
7.10 If we hear no response from you within 14 days of receiving back your items, we will refund the order payment minus any admin fees to your registered payment method that was used to pay for the order.
7.11 In the case that your order amounts to less than that of our admin fees, no refund would be made, and you will receive an invoice to pay the different in amount. From the date of the invoice, you will have 30 days to make a payment and avoid interest charges or late payment fees.Late payments have interest charged at five percent (5%) per month.
7.12 if you would like to change the delivery address after we have despatched your goods, a second delivery charge will be payable.
7.13 If you choose to pay by PayPal, we can only send those orders to the address given to us by PayPal. This is due to PayPal’s policy and we are unable to change the delivery address.
7.14 We will not be liable for damages during the delivery process of the products. Ownership will pass to you at the time of dispatching your order.
7.15 we shall not be held liable for any misuse of the delivered products that can cause personal injury or damage to your property.
8.1 We endeavor to provide you with the best products and services, in the case that you change your mind about an already placed order. Please contact us immediately to request changes in your placed order or to request a cancellation.
8.2 Given the speed that orders are prepared and dispatched at, sometimes we are unable to accept such requests. We would advise you in this case to use our 30-day return policy and send us any unwanted orders in exchange for a full refund.
8.3 We are afraid that some items are excluded from our refund policy. These include gift cards and perishable goods.
8.4 Your payment will be refunded within 14 working days of receiving your items to our warehouse in their original conditions. We will deduct from the refund any handling or postage charges that may have been incurred.
8.5 Items must be returned unused and in their original conditions including packaging to the address below:

8.6 We are not liable for return postage costs and it is your responsibility to pay postage fees. However, we are able to offer a pick-up service at an extra cost, please contact us to discuss this.
8.7 In any event, we will not be liable for loss or damage of the merchandise during the return process. Even if the return delivery was arranged by us.
8.8 We will not be liable for import duty that could arise from international returns. Please clearly write “Returned Merchandise” on the outside of your returned parcel (s). Any import duty paid by us will be deducted from the refund.
8.8We do not offer cash alternatives for gift cards. If you paid by gift card the refund will be issued in the form of vouchers or gift cards.
8.9 If you paid by credit or debit card, any refunds will be only paid to the credit or debit card that was used at the time of purchase.
8.10 If you paid by PayPal, the refund will go to the PayPal account that was used to pay for the order.
9.1 Voucher Codes are only valid on full priced items and cannot be used on sale or promotional items unless otherwise stated.
9.2 Voucher Codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
9.3 Voucher Codes are valid for a limited period of time as specified in the marketing communication, they cannot be used outside of that period.
9.4 If you place an order using voucher codes or at the time of a special promotion, and, in the event that a partial refund is needed, the proportion ofthe offer value will be deducted from any refund.
9.5 Voucher codes are for use by the intended recipient only and proof of entitlement may be requested.
9.6 All orders are subject to acceptance and any improper use of voucher codes may result in the cancellation of your order.
9.7 All orders are subject to stock availability and we reserve the right to withdraw, amend or extend offers at any time, without prior notice.
9.8 We reserve the right, in any event,to cancel or refund orders received using voucher codes if necessary.
9.9 Please ensure voucher codes are used at thetime of ordering! We are unable to refund voucher codediscounts after orders have been placed. There is no cashalternative.
10. Gift Cards
10.1 All gift cards are valid for a duration of 18 months from the time of purchase and only to be redeemed at our website(s).
10.2 If a refund is needed we will issue vouchers for the value of the gift card or the refund will go on to another gift card. Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash.
10.3 Expired gift cards will not be accepted.
11. Price Match
11.1 We'll match our competitor’s current UK store or website price.
11.2 The competitor’s item must be brand new, identical to ours, from the same manufacturer, and offered on the same terms.
11.3 We and the competitor must have stock ready for delivery.
11.4 We must be able to verify the competitor’s price and stock position.Please provide us with the original purchase receipt and the URL of the matching product with displayed price.
11.5 We cannot accept claims from discount shops, outlets, auction sites, and products on sale.
11.6 We’ll match the price of an item; not delivery charges or other services.
11.7 Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
12.1 If the delivery of your items takes longer than the estimate noted on our website, we require you to contact us within fourteen (14) days in accordance to these terms and conditions.
12.2 If you receive an order that contains incorrect quantity, missing or damaged parts, we require you to contact us immediately and no later than 7 days from the day you receive the goods in accordance to these terms and conditions.
12.3 In such events, we will take action by either refunding the relevant amounts in terms of cash or vouchers at our own discretion. We may however, try to repair or replace the items for you or make delivery of missing and non-deliveries.
12.4 However, we will not be liable to you for any loss, damage, loss of business profits or goodwill, in any way arising from any problems that you notify us which are embedded in these terms and conditions. We shall not be liable to pay out any money in forms of compensation to you for such problems.
13. Changes to Our Terms and Conditions
13.1 We may occasionally update these terms and conditions to reflect changes in our practices.
13.4 If you object to any modification, your sole recourse is to stop using the Site and its services.
