Essential to serve chocolate, sweet gravies, sauces or creams on dessert dishes, to gauge fillings into chocolate cookies, and for bonding jams on tea biscuits. The main spring allows to operate with the maximum precision when casting liquid or creamy foods (jellies, chocolates, mini-desserts ...) simply modulating the pressure on the primary lever.
