Getting your order safely to you.

There are two options for UK mainland orders: Standard Delivery costs £3.95, and is free once you spend over £49. Expect your parcel 2–5 working days after dispatch, with most arriving in 2–3. Express Delivery is a flat £5.95 whatever the order size, and arrives the next working day after dispatch if you order before the cut-off. Order before 4pm Monday to Friday, or before 1pm on Saturday, and your parcel leaves us the same day. Express Delivery is not offered to remote UK postcodes.

Same day, if you order before 4pm Monday to Friday or before 1pm on Saturday. Anything placed after the cut-off goes out on the next working day.

Allow 2–5 working days from dispatch for Standard Delivery. Most parcels land within 2–3 working days, but couriers occasionally run late, so please give it the full 5 working days before getting in touch. Every order is tracked, so you can watch it on its way.

Express parcels normally arrive the next working day after dispatch. For same-day dispatch, order before 4pm Monday to Friday or before 1pm on Saturday. Express is unavailable for remote UK postcodes, because our couriers do not run a next-day service to those areas.

We email a tracking link as soon as your parcel is dispatched. Account holders can also check progress under order history.

Evri and DPD. We choose between them based on the size, weight, value and destination of your order, so a courier cannot be selected at checkout. We are not able to ship via a different carrier.

Not at the moment. We deliver within the UK only.

Yes. We reach remote UK postcodes, including parts of the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, the Channel Islands and the Isles of Scilly. These deliveries are charged at a flat £6.95. Next-day Express is not available to those areas, as our couriers do not run the service there. The courier may leave your parcel somewhere safe, hand it to a neighbour, or try again the next working day. If it still cannot be delivered after three attempts, it may come back to our warehouse, and we will refund you once it reaches us.

Standard orders usually arrive 2–5 working days after dispatch. If your tracking has not moved, or nothing has arrived 5 working days after dispatch, get in touch and we will chase it for you.
